I need someone that can see what needs to be done and do it. The dusting and floors would need to be done weekly, perhaps walls and baseboards monthly. bathrooms and showers cleaned weekly. Would need to discuss chemicals used prior to starting. I am looking for someone with strong time-management skills and I would like weekly cleaning, preferably Thursdays or Fridays. We do have dogs that live in the house, but can be kenneled while you are there if you are not comfortable. Floors are vinyl plank throughout, with tile in bathrooms. No carpet at all. I would not expect every single small item to be dusted every week. It is imperative that I be able to talk to you about my expectations and you likewise to discuss your limitations. I feel that if we begin with open communications we will have a much better working relationship.My 87 year old father also lives in the home. Thank you for considering!
